Video VideoPlayer - Playback Speed [Bug]

    When I set the playback speed to zero in the Inspector (in PlayMode) - it works fine.

    However, if I set the speed from the code (VideoPlayer.playbackSpeed = 0), the minimum value is set to 0.001 automatically.
    - This is a big problem for me, because this speed is not zero, and I have a "frame leak" (1 frame in 40 seconds)

    Unity version - 2018.2.9 (Win)
    Build settings - PC
