VideoPlayer never loads video from URL on Android - no errors shown?

    Video Player streaming from URL does not actually load the video. There isn't any error message that shows up in logcat. (Image target detected though.) Unity 2019.1.9f1

    (Had to remove Vulkan to have the app not instant crash.)
