Question Video with Alpha over tracker image

    Hello,
    I'm new to Unity, I was looking to do this with Vuforia but this was before AR foundation.
    What I want to start is the ability to play video w/transparency (eg. circle or shape).

    I'm hoping someone can point me the right direction, Vuforia should be able to do this but it
    seems AR foundation can also. Vuforia is a bit expensive and it seems AR Foundation is free.
    Any insights would be appreciated.
