Bug Video stream not showing in browser

    Package Version 3.1.0-exp.4

    When test VideoPlayer Sample with chrome，this version webapp show error,

    GET /module/logger.js 404 7.390 ms - 155
    GET /module/keymap.js 404 1.028 ms - 155
    GET /module/signaling.js 404 0.938 ms - 158
    GET /module/peer.js 404 1.269 ms - 153

    change the package to 3.1.0-exp.3, work well and no error
