Question Video player video stuttering on quest (Android) 2019.3.12

    I have a video player in my scene that run fines in the editor on the quest in link mode but when I build the apk using unity 2019.3.12 for quest the video stutters massively.

    I have tried using both Render Texture and Material Override mode and neither of them work.

    The video is encoded using h264 format.

    If anyone has any ideas for this let me know.
