Bug Video Player Stutters

    I'm having issues with the VideoPlayer on iOS with Unity 2019.4.19f1. If I transcode the file with the codec set to Auto the video plays at maybe 2 fps. This didn't happen previously. I did some testing and these are my results.

    Auto - 2 fps
    H264 - 2fps
    H265 - correct fps
    VP8 - correct fps

    So I guess it's defaulting to H264 and there is an issue with its playback in the recent 2019.4 versions.

    This worked for me!! All videos in my Project had this stutter at the end of the loop. After 90 minutes of transcoding the stutter hasn't occured again.

    I also have this stutter at the end of videos with .webm. If I do transcode, however, the stutters go away.
