Video Video player not work on android, it's diaplay black in Unity 2018.2.2f1

    The same code, work on ios and windows, but it's on android, just black render, and I log the error:
    08-20 05:35:31.383 E/Unity ( 6507): AndroidVideoMedia::VideoDecoder::Blit failed. Decode shader probably unsupported.

    How can I fix that, help please.
