Video Video Player not playing on Specific CPUs?

    We are having a problem where it seems on certain CPU's our intro video is not playing and then is also not going farther to load the game. No error messages have been logged from our users but they say they don't see a video.

    The specific cpus so far are:
    Intel Core i7 930
    Intel Core i7 920
    Intel Core i7-4790
    Intel Core i7 950
    Intel Xeon X5670

    Is there something I am not aware of that the video player doesn't work with all CPUs?
