Bug Video player audio performance regression 2021 > 2022

When playing a video in a large scene that consumes a lot of CPU, the video's audio stutters significantly.
This issue occurs in 2022.3.3f1, 2022.6f1, and 2022.3.10f1.
It does not occur in the latest LTS 2021 release: 2021.3.10f1.
It is present in both the editor and build, on Windows, Mac, and iOS.

I am also having this issue.

I looked through past release notes and I didn't notice anything in particular.

There were some changes related to "Video"... Is it possible one of these changes caused a performance regression?
