We have a weird, fairly hard to reproduce issue, where video played through VideoPlayer on low end Amazon Fire devices freeze on playback part way through (always in random locations). The video simply pauses playback but is seemingly "playing" (isPlaying is true and isPaused is false). And then on the loop, it'll start playing again. Some context on our setup:
    • Videos are locally saved on device
    • Videos are MP4 - we've tried all different combinations of resolution, bitrate and framerate. We're seemingly able to repro still when changing these parameters
    • We play videos through VideoPlayer with URL (pointing to the local saved video)
    • We call Prepare() and wait for preparation before playback
    • Enabling skipOnDrop doesn't change anything
We haven't observed this for any other low end Android devices (at least the ones we own). Possibly something uniquely to the Amazon Fire's GPU. Also, confusingly, we also don't see it all the time. Sometime on the Amazon Fire, the video will play back just fine. We also have never seen this on iOS or Desktop.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
