Video/Movie Clips Lead-ins

I've been waiting for the release of Unity 2.. I downloaded it yesterday. while waiting, I created a quicktime movie I would like to display as an intro and also use short clips as a transistion between scenes or levels. Like in Hitman where the little movie plays and gives the player info and instructions, then seqeues back into the game. I got the movie clip into my Assets folder but can only play back via Quicktime player. Is .mov not a compatible format? I can't set it up in inspector or use as texture. It just sits in my asset folder. Can someone instruct me on how to display a video or movie in Unity?

Unity should take your .mov file and convert it internally to .ogg format. If you didn't get the convert dialog when you imported the file, try right-clicking on it in your assets and check the import settings.
