Bug Video Judders

    We are experiencing an issue with our iOS builds where the VideoPlayer works normally on an iPad or iPhone 8, but on an iPhone 11 or 12 it runs at ~1 fps, on lower bitrate videos it appears more as a juddering interrupting every x frames. The UI runs normally leading me to believe this is a video player issue.



    There is also a crash occurring on some videos when debugging where the iPhone reboots and nothing appears in the Xcode console. It just reports the loss of debugging connection.

    Unity 2019.4.15f1 and tested 2019.3.7 (last known good build)

    Xcode 12.2 and tested 11.5 (last known good build)

    Multiple iPhone models and iOS versions.
