Please correct my thread title, I am using translator.

First of all, I am not mean to compares (negative connotation) Unity to other game engine.
Okay so, we all know Quake engine named from their iconic game or base game. Not just that, many games use titles that are similar to their game engine or told that their games is part of the game engine (yes, I am talking about Unreal tournament, Half-Life and so on...)

they all happening because game developer and engine developer are actually in same company (or even same person), so what if... Someone like me which is not an engine developer make the same thing?
for example purpose: I used Unity as my game title, I make character design based unity logos, I bring unity chan as cameo.

I don't know much about intellectual property, so I posted this.

...well, no. Quake Engine was called such because it was used to make the game Quake. Unreal was named such because it was used to make Unreal. The Half-Life engine was called GoldSrc and was based on a modified version of the Quake engine.
