Bug Video clip isnt work

    I`ve tried to place video clip in Quad. But Quad remains solid white. In Unity`s discord i`ve understand that problem can be in video clips because it dont want to play in preview. can someone explain maybe there is requirements about video data like codecs and etc.? изображение_2023-09-23_230326459.png изображение_2023-09-23_230331912.png

    Generally, if the file is unsupported you shouldn't have the thumbnail but for some reason you have one. Can you DM me your file and tell me which platform you are working on? I can give it a look.
