VFX and HDRP rendering issues

    I am very new to Unity. I am using version 2018.3.11

    If someone can help me with this please.

    I am having an issue with rendering. The depth perception is way off on the vfx version (I believe we started in unity version 2019.1 and we had to go back to 2018.311 because of unet multiplayer)(the project was first created in 2018.311 and if you move too close to anything it looks like you go cross eyed. And the teleporting being not visible.

    The controllers are not rendering, close objects split into two as if you are cross eyed, the teleport area and the teleport beam / target do not render unless they are occluded by something.... and the entire world seems smaller and out of scale.
