very poor or failed downloads yesterday and today

    Hi,
    UCB is a great product and used all the time. thanks,

    However, after completing builds on the unity cloud build I am currently having trouble downloading builds.
    They either fail to download after a few minutes or take almost an hour to download on a fiber line.
    This is occuring on all my projects and builds and from networks in different building and different countries

    please can you investigate?

    We're not aware of any widespread issues with downloads at this time, and test download files here are behaving properly from two different networks. If you have specific examples that are failing, please submit a support ticket if possible.
