Bug Vertically scrolling in the editor -> An utter UX catastrophe ! !

    Sorry, needed a provocative title in the hopes of catching the Unity team's attention. :oops:

    The vertical scroll bar has a very narrow selection window before changing tools. For example, try this out in Windows File Explorer and notice the difference.

    Are there plans from the Unity team to address this? Even just widening the vertical scroll bar would alleviate this issue.

    Anyone else noticing this UX issue?
