Vertical Platform Shakes Player (Raycast)

I've been following these tutorials and have reached the point where I'm getting different results.
I downloaded his scripts and applied them to see if I made a mistake, but the results have the same issue.

The player shakes when on a vertical platform and if it moves horizontally, the player falls off.
