    Hi,
assume I've 2 floors and on first floor there is a gate which can be openen and move vertically up and down. By opening the gate i don't really want that it goes up to 2nd floor. How to achieve this?

I take it you're looking at shrinking the collider/model vertically as the door opens. Most common examples of that would be when a character crouches, plenty of material on how to manipulate the collider in that case on the web, have a look around and adapt that to your use case.

Look at warehouse shutters. Either rollers, or solid gates, which are going up and rotate, to horizontal position, when open.
