    If you change the parameters in playback mode, they will be restored when the simulation is stopped.
    If this is another problem, please send me more information (contact@kalagaan.com).
    For the painting problem, could you send me some screenshots, it would be easier to understand what happened.

    you could create a sensor at runtime, based on the impact point and the normal.
    then it would be possible to simulate a wobble with the inflate parameter (or a force along the impact normal) and a sin function. When the wobble FX is over, the sensor could be destroyed, or disabled until a new impact.
