Vertex color material masking.

    I've been thinking if it is possible to blend different materials on the same mesh by using the materials listed in the mesh renderer's material index?

    I'm not very good at writing shaders so i dont really want to modify my current custom shader, but rather have something that could mix completely different materials.

    Do any of you have any experience in mixing materials together if it's even possible in unity, I'd really like to know.
