Version Control in VR platform and Non VR platform

    I am developing an app on the following platforms Android, iOS, Mac, and Windows.
    Unity Collaboration working fine on these platforms.

    But now I am integrating the Oculus SDK to build an app for Oculus devices, but now I am confused about how I am going to control Version now.

    Because 4 platforms have the same Code but when it comes to VR there will be different canvas, different input systems, different build settings.

    Any Ideas?
