Vector Graphics package not visible in Package Manager (with preview packages visible)

    I just installed Unity 2020.1.3f1 and noticed that Vector Graphics package is not listed in the Package Manager even when preview packages are enabled. I have "Unity Registry" set as the packages source.

    In 2018.4 the package is visible.

    Why is this?

    Edit: also in 2019.3.1f1 the package is visible.
