Vector Graphics in Unity 2019.3

Hello,

I am sorry if this question has already been raised, but I could not find any answer.

Vector Graphics (SVG Importer) does not work anymore with Unity 2019.3 (script cannot be found). Am I doing something wrong? If not, is there a plan to support it? For now, I cannot update Unity anymore: converting my project breaks the entire UI.

Sorry to insist, but is there a way to make VectorGraphics work in Unity 2019.3? Or at least import SVG files?

I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly but have you actually installed the Vector Graphics package via the Package Manager?

It definitely does exist for 2019.3.

 

Vector Graphics is installed via Package Manager, but it (SVG Image) does not work.

So do I just have to wait for a future 2020 version?

I have just tested version 2020.1.0b4 and sadly the issue is still there (please see attached).

 

I have finally found the solution, which is to upgrade vectorgraphics to 2.0.0-preview.12.
Only tested with 2020.1.0b4 though, not 100% it's working for Unity 2019.

 

Remember to upgrade the package inside the package manager to the newest version.
