    Hi!

First off I want to apologize for the confusing thread title but I couldn't find an appropiate one for my issue, also I hoped I posted this in the appopiate section.

My question is : How to break the boring 'tilingness' when using modular assets. As you can see in the picture posted below the texture repeats itself and I want to add some variety to it.

From what I know I could use decals and/or vertex painting.Though I'm concerned about their performance on large scale scenes. Are there any other techniques I can use to add some variety to the hallway(cracks, dust, etc.)?

If anyone knows or has experience with something from the Asset Store which would help with my issues that would be very helpful!

    (example hallway).

Off the top of my head, I can think of:
    • Use different textures to break it up
    • Add decals
    • Add props such a paintings on the wall, or small tables along the hallway.
