Variants dont inherit transform position is this a bug?

    I have a prefab that has transform position (0,0.5f,0) in the inspector.

    I create a variant of it and find the variant has (0,0,0) and changing the Y value of original prefab does not get changed in the variant which is kinda annoying.

    Is there any way to tell variants to inherit a specific transform position axis if i so wanted to ? They work find for rotation and scale just not position.

    They do, check if your position values text is bold, if they are, right click on position and revert.
