Bug Valid Unity Plus license is failing in batch mode on a dedicated server

    I purchased a dedicated server to use as a build machine, but having issues with the license activation for batch mode. Unity Hub is activated, and opening the editor normally I can see it has the license, but in batch mode it keeps failing with this error. Any ideas how to fix it?

    This is running on Windows Server 2019
