v5.5b4 won't start builds

    Hey,

    Just wanted to let you know that for whatever reason both our internal projects and brand new projects will not build with Unity v5.5b4. Trying to initiate a PC (Tried Win and Linux) build via the Build window results in no feedback of any kind - No logs, no new process launches and the editor continues to work as normal.

    Hopefully you can simply repro by starting a new project and immediately trying yourself.
