V-Sync not working inside editor

    Hi guys!

    Can anyone tell me why the v-sync not working inside my editor?

    I'm using 2020.2.5f1, with HDRP.
    Already set it on the game window, and quality settings.

    Not sure what to do, it was working before upgraded from 2020.1.

    I noticed that if I select the graphcis api to D3D 11, vsync works no problem, but with D3D 12, it doesn't work.
    Maybe it is a bug or something.
