    Hi,

we developed a game for the UWP and it is already available in the Store for Desktops.

We recently optimized it for Mobiles and want to publish it also for Windows 10 mobile devices.

We tested it without problems on a Lumia 950, compiled it for the ARM platform and submitted it again to the Windows store, now with "mobile" checked.

However, the certification failed for the following reason:

"Your app doesn’t install on one or more of your currently selected device families. Please check that your device family selection is correct and re-submit your app.
Attached is a screenshot displaying what testers are seeing when attempting to install.

    Does not install on:
    Lumia 650
    Lumia 830"

    Here is the screenshot:

So it seems, that the game does not even INSTALL on these devices.

Has anyone experienced the same problems? How can I solve this?

    Thanks
    Jus

Can you paste your application manifest?

Now that's weird, I have no idea why that would happen. I'll ask around to see if I can figure something out.

Were you able to actually install this on a phone locally and test the game before certification?
Just curious if this is something that only came up once you made it to certification.

Yes. I'm able to install it locally on my Lumia 950 without problems.
