UWP Certification error Merge Failure for shared merged PRI file

Hello

I'm trying to compile my game, but it failed at the certification process with this error "Merge Failure for shared merged PRI file"

Using Visual Studio 2017 Community edition 15.5.7 and Unity 2017.3.0f3

Having the same Issue with Visual Studio 2017 15.7.3 and Unity 2018.1.4f1. Did you every resolve your issue?
