Using xCode performance tools or Unity's?

    Hi guys.

    I'm developing a game for iOS over Unity. The thing is that in Unity if you create an empty project and the performance values are great, it's not the same for Xcode. In fact, for that same empty project, Xcode shows some crazy graphics like the one I'm attaching. The FPS are 30 -when the same game on Unity says that are over 100-, and the energy impact is HIGH when it almost does not have any render.

    So, the question is, if I'm developing in Unity, should I consider the analysis in values of Xcode?
