Using the new LWRP & Pixel Perfect Camera, now some sprites are invisible & UI buttons don't work

Any idea why this could be happening? It's really bizarre. Some sprites aren't visible, and now some buttons and other UI elements aren't clickable.

Edit: Actually the sprites not being visible was my fault. They had sprite mask set to something other than None. But I still have issues with not being able to click on all UI elements.
