Hello, I'm wondering what sort of license comes with the developer preview... Mainly if content built from it is allowed to be used commercially... For instance, uploading a .swf made with the new flash export option to Kongregate.

As I understand we will have to purchase a flash export license when it becomes available, so I'm guessing the answer is no... But it never hurts to ask :).

    Thank you for your time!

Yes, you are allowed to use the public beta version to publish Unity made .swf files.
