Bug Using same version HDRP package from github causes errors.

    I am using Unity 2022.3.10f1 which uses HDRP version 14.08. If I put the HDRP package with the same version (using branch 2023.3/staging) in my "Packages" folder, the project now has errors relating to the replaced package.
