Using OpenCVSharp in Unity 5

Hi, I've been trying to get OpenCVSharp running in Unity for the past 2 days and can't get it to work. I've seen the OpenCV Asset in the Asset Store, but I can't afford it. Does anyone have any experience in getting OpenCV to run in Unity? Any help would be very appreciated!

 

I guess now you know why the Asset Store product is so expensive.

@Billy4184 didn't you say you've worked with OpenCV before on some robotics project?

 

Hmm I never used it in Unity, I just imported it (C++ version) into Visual Studio, and that was a couple of years ago now. If I have time in the next week or two I might try it out and see what happens.

 

I managed to make it work just a couple of days ago, and it took me two days too to figure out how to properly configure it. To make it easier for you, I've created a plugin folder, you can download it from HERE, copy and paste it inside your project and you're almost done. Be sure to include the OpenCvSharp namespace in your file and to call the functions using the "Cv" prefix, that should be it.
