Using Generic and Mecanim animation on the same object

    Is it possible, specifically using Generic and Mecanim animation at runtime. My situation is that I have animation that works only with Generic because of custom non-Mecanim parts. I also have Mecanim animation that I want to use.

    To solution was to animate the non-Mecanim (non-humanoid) parts separately.
