Using both Pro and Free on the same computer

I use Unity for full-time, freelancing, and solo development. Occasionally this is all done on the same laptop. I was looking at this thread today https://forum.unity.com/threads/2-questions-about-upgrading-to-pro.199623/ and the concept that there cannot be a mix of pro and free licenses working on the same project.

• When I am working on work for my full-time job I need to be using the pro license
• When I am working on solo stuff I need to be using the free license
• When I am doing freelancing I need to be using whatever the client provides

How can I swap between free and pro as I'm swapping between projects on the same machine? It seems like the only way is to revoke and reactivate the pro license every time I go back and forth between free and pro projects.
