    Hello,

I am developing a game and it is about to finish, just I have a questions. I have downloaded particle pack from Unity Technologies in asset store. Description tells that those package has examples, I really liked the explosion and I am using it in editor now. So the question is, description does not say it is a restricted asset, but I am still worried about description is telling those are samples. So may I still use them in my game that I am going to publish in App Store and Android? Or is it the best for looking another option?

    Thanks,

    Best Regards,
    Deniz

If it doesn't say that it's a restricted asset, and it doesn't have a license text file with a special license, it should be subject only to the Asset Store terms and EULA, which means you can use it "as incorporated and embedded components of electronic games and digital media" -- in other words, in your published game on mobile app stores. If you're still not certain, contact Unity directly since they probably won't see this thread.
