Users receiving switch to Firefox message, despite using Firefox

    Some of my users are receiving a 'please switch to Firefox' popup message when loading the webGL content, despite already being on webGL, and the content also isn't loading as usual.

    I seem to remember seeing a similar thread, - can anyone kindly point me to it, or suggest a fix?

    You are probably referencing to the following thread, which has a possible workaround mentioned:

    The native fix is not ready yet.
