    Hi,

We're using User Reporting for our game and allow users to submit a bug report and send a screenshot. However we're using the free version of Unity which is limited to 10 reports a day which is far too little for us. We're curious if the bug report is locally saved somewhere so we can access it and save it on our own servers or upload them to Trello manually?

Or is there a way to pay only for Cloud Diagnostics/User Reporting instead of getting Plus/Pro?

    Any help would be appreciated!

Hi @Samuel411, user reports are saved locally in a UserReport.json file. If you want, you could either send them to your own server or request the user to upload it manually.

Great! Are we able to manually upload it to Unity Diagnostics?

While you cannot manually upload it to Unity Cloud Diagnostics, you can choose to upload them to your own server to handle and process them however you like. But I'm not familiar with the technical details on how to accomplish that so I'm afraid I'm not much help there.
