    Hi @dirty-rectangle, are you still experiencing these issues with viewing your user reports from your Slack integration links?

    The last one which failed to open was on the 13th, there have been a few dozen since then which have all worked. Previously it seemed like a much higher fail rate.

    We have released some fixes on the Dashboard recently addressing issues with viewing user reports that could have resolved your issue too. But please let me know if you experience this issue again.
