User Can't Video even if Video is set as Skippable

Hello

I want to dispay unity interstitial on ios/android
I used the default intertittial 'Video' that should be able to be skipped after 5 secs according to Unity Dashboard Settings
But if the video is displayed correctly, user is obliged to see full length video, it just cant skip ad after 5 sec as it should
Creating my own placement doesnt help as well

Any idea on how to make the ad skippable?

The skip button is tiny and in a non-obvious place in the upper left hand corner. Did you notice that?

could be more obvious, dont users get peaced off by not knowing how to escape ads?
