I'm fairly new to unity and don't fully understand the interface. I want to use a custom avatar in VRChat but all the tutorials go directly to a login prompt while I'm getting "Use the settings menu to log in." Where is the settings menu?

EDIT: It was in "VRChat SDK" next to "File" "Edit" ect.
It only took a hour to find... maybe I'm just stupid.

There are no standard approaches to user interfaces for third party assets. Some of them will create their own menu entry while others will have a completely different way of accessing them.

Google Images is a great resource for times like these. Searching for "VRChat SDK Settings" gave me an image showing the exact location. Clicking on the image in the search gave me the following URL. I'm willing to bet that it may be more helpful than other tutorials have been.

You would want to reach out to VRChat support.
