Use PSVR instead of VIVE/RIFT to PC development?

Hi, i saw that you can use PSVR to play games on the pc, even with the PS VR controllers, by app called trinus VR.

I'm wondering, if it is possible, to use PlayStation VR instead of VIVE to develop VR games on PC with both PSVR headset and PS move controllers (Or atleast headset only with gamepad?). Do you have any experience with that?
It doesn't matter if it would be inaccurate. I will have access to school VIVE once a week, but can't develop games there, only testing.
