Use of unity 3d and 2d game kit

Hi
Can I use unity game kit to create and publish game for android plateform. Is it authorized to use their prefabs and interactions? Or the game will be rejected by google play because assets were used before ?

 

I am not aware of any policy on the part of Google Play that rejects games due to including assets that were already used by other games. The Asset Store pages for those two kits do not say they are restricted assets, so they should covered under the same license as almost everything else on the Asset Store, meaning they allow for commercial use of anything included.

That said, don't expect your game to get successful if you are building it around Unity created art assets. Expect lots of bad reviews and accusations of being an "asset flip."
