Question Use laptop touch screen to navigate scene view

All I want to do is use my laptop's touch screen to rotate, zoom and pan my unity scene in Unity 2019.4.31f1, that's all I want, but it doesn't do it, and I have spent an hour trying to google a way to make it work and no one has a proper answer, a stylus doesn't even work, so can someone please tell me.

To specify, I don't want touch controls for a game, I just want to use my laptop's touch controls or my bluetooth stylus to control the Unity Scene camera view, thats all.

Also, note, not being able to make custom tags really makes putting tags on this forum useless.
