URP Version 10 in Unity 2019?

    Hello,

    I asked this in another thread, but never got a reply, so I'm just curious... does anyone know if URP version 10 will be backported to Unity 2019, or will I have to take the plunge on Unity 2020? Hoping to benefit from the 2D lights performance improvements.
