Bug URP Template crashes upon Creation

    Upon creating a new Unity URP Project (2D and 3D) or Importing the package in a project it gives me the following 8 errors:

    Things I have already tried:
    • Reinstalling the Unity Version (Using 2022.2.9 currently)
    • Tried with the latest LTS Version there I get the same errors
    • Cleared the Global Cache (%LOCALAPPDATA%\Unity\cache) by deleting the npm and packages folder
    A normal Unity Project without URP works just fine

    Are there any special characters in the path to the project?
    Or is it in Onedrive or something like that?
