Bug URP Sample KeepFrame scene makes errors

    Hi. I found that KeepFrame scene from URP official sample makes errors when open it.

    Easily reproducible by creating empty URP project, import Samples and open KeepFrame scene.

    Unity 2022.2.0b16. URP 14.0.3
